The most convenient way for many people to contact us is through our internet service “EMIS access”. You can use this 24/7 to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and communicate with the clinical team. Messages will be dealt with daily. If you wish to use this service please ask for a registration form at reception. Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we are unable to register anyone under the age of 16 years for this service.
The phones at Parkside and Oxford Road are manned from 8.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. The phone at Foxcroft is manned when the surgery is open.
Please note that our phones are busiest first thing in the morning. If your call can wait until after 11am you will find it much easier to get through.
